Welcome to Aura Studio. By booking our studio or using our website and services you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Bookings and Payments
All studio sessions must be booked in advance. Bookings are confirmed only after payment or advance payment is received as agreed.
Aura Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases an alternative slot will be offered.
2. Studio Usage
Clients are expected to use studio equipment and property responsibly. Any damage caused to equipment furniture or studio property due to negligence will be charged accordingly.
The studio must be used only for the agreed purpose at the time of booking.
3. Time Management
Your booked session includes setup and wrap up time. Overtime usage may result in additional charges.
Clients are requested to arrive on time to ensure smooth execution of the session.
4. Content Responsibility
Clients are fully responsible for the content recorded or produced at Aura Studio.
Aura Studio is not responsible for copyright issues defamation claims or misuse of recorded content.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be informed in advance as per the agreed policy at the time of booking.
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation notice period and booking agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All raw and final content will be delivered as per the agreed package.
Aura Studio may use behind the scenes images or final output for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Aura Studio is not liable for any indirect losses technical failures or unforeseen interruptions beyond our control.
While we ensure high quality production we do not guarantee specific performance results from published content.
8. Changes to Terms
Aura Studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
